Whew, 2022! So many things can be said about it- fierce competition, scant inventory, multiple offers, with Sellers holding almost all the cards. Explore median sales price by area here. We have adapted to meet the challenges of listing and showing homes with multiple virtual options. Interest rates were dirt cheap, BUT they are still low, with a 30-year fixed hovering around 5%. Minimum credit scores are going down, expanded debt-to-income ceilings are going back up, as well as an increase in jumbo loan options.
